I'm Diving In

Welcome to the Price family blog! I started a blog about 6 months ago, but never got past the initial stage of just creating a name and applying a background. Let's hope this gets a little farther than that.

I thought that for my first post it would be fun to post some pictures of Jordan swimming. I have a great friend who ask us to come over and enjoy their pool, so Jordan and I went swimming this morning. I was a little nervous about how well Jordan would do in the water because he hasn't been to extremely excited about the water park this year and it has been at least a year since he went swimming. You should have seen him, he was a natural. He swam for 2 1/2 hours and I truly mean he swam. He had a floaty, of course, but he used his little legs to get him around the pool the entire time. I ask him numerous times if he wanted me to pull him around and he said "No, I can do it momma." Jordan is so independent and strong. One of my prayers for Jordan is that he will be confident enough in himself and the Lord to stand strong against the world. So I have to remind myself that although that independence doesn't always seem to be a good thing I know God can and will use that for His good in Jordan's life.

I'm also posting some pictures of Alissa's last ultrasound. Alissa is due August 18th. We can't wait to see her in person, but until then the ultrasound pictures will have to do! Right now she looks healthy and pretty content in her surroundings. We couldn't be more grateful for the blessings God has given us in our children.
